Healthy Coleslaw Recipe

  • ½ head of green or purple cabbage, shredded
    • 2 large carrots, grated
    • 1 avocado, mashed
    • 1 tsp stone ground mustard
    • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
    • 3 Tbsp water, more or less to creamy consistency
    • Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish

Healthy Coleslaw Recipe Directions:

  1. Shred and grate cabbage and carrots by hand or in a food processor, and toss together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together the dressing by mashing the avocado and whisking in the rest of the ingredients (aside from parsley) to the consistency of your liking. You can also do this in a blender for a smoother texture.
  3. Toss the dressing into the cabbage & carrots, arrange on the plate and garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley.
  4. Note: This salad tastes best fresh. Make just enough for what you are serving, as it doesn’t taste as nice as leftovers. Hope you enjoy this healthy coleslaw recipe, part of my series of healthy vegan recipes!

this is a very testy salad. but without sesame, fennel and dill powder is not perfect test.

Wow, it really tastes delicious. The ingredient listed here are pretty cool and it can actually add a wondrous flavour to this yummy salad dish. More than vinegar, I prefer to add some filament or little fresh lime juice drops. That makes me wow and crazy for salad. Apart from these even if you for vege- salads or chicken salad prefer olive oil some time rather than any other kind of oil. It is beneficial to the health.
