Before you wash your hair, apply uncooked egg yolk on to your scalp and massage gently. Keep massaging for about 45 minutes to an hour. You will start to feel more relaxed as the tension releases under your soothing hands. Do this for 2 to 3 times each week before your hair wash.
Eating a well-balanced diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants. Examples are carrots, green-leafy veggies, tomatoes, apples, bananas and grapes. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day can also do wonders for your hair and scalp.
