Fruit and Tofu Shooters

1/2 pineapple, peeled and chopped
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup low-fat soft tofu (1 block)
1 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons vegan honey alternative
1/2 lime, juiced

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Serves 6-8 Shooters

instead of pineapples,peaches are added, there are black and blue berries in exchange with strawberries… there are no sweetener… there are frozen berries too… soymilk is replaced by almond milk…
