I love veggies as they are but I often want dips. I refuse to eat ranch but crave for something similar. I use hummus often and will confess that I do not like to cook. Is there something I can buy or that is easy to make that is a healthy alternative?

Healthy? Hmmm, chickpeas and white beans, silken tofu are still your best bet to make dips out of to stay in the healthy range. We make a nice white bean dip with greek herbs and a little olive oil in the food processor, also sometimes with spinach and artichoke. Sometimes when we dont want to be so healthy we use vegenaise or veg sour cream to make a ranch/dill style dip.
