Cool soymilk Recipe

1-2 tablespoon of yoghurt (of choice)
some water
pinch of fresh ginger, crushed
few leaf sprigs of coriander
pinch of salt (optional)
few drops of lemon/lime juice
fresh ground pepper
Place all the above mentioned ingredients in the blender jar.
Cover blender jar and blend for 1-2 minutes till smooth.
Pour into empty coke bottle labelled as such and cool in fridge.
The thinner the soymilk (with water) it is lighter and tasty to drink.
Serve with spicy food
Nice as a cool drink for the summer with dash of fresh ground pepper on top
