Ingredients 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
1/2 cup white SR flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp egg replacer + 2 tbsp extra water
2/3 cup evaporated cane juice (sugar)
1/3 cup rice milk
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 smallish bananas sliced
2/3 cup frozen berries
Instructions preheat oven to 180C
grease 6 hole large muffin tin/ 12 sml hole
mix together flours,sugar, baking powder and egg replacer.
add rice milk, oil, water and mix until just combined. add berries and banana.
divide into tin and bake until cooked through.
